First new build development at Wembley Park worth more than £90m
The first two deals on Wembley framework have been landed worth more than £90m. The new build development on plot W03 will provide 320,000 sq ft of residential and retail space.
The mixed-use project comprises of two blocks of 10 storeys and 15 storeys. The blocks include 340 Build to Rent units with associated common spaces and ground floor retail units. Construction works include reinforced concrete frame, brickwork façade with offsite prefabricated bathroom pods as well as external works including a new roadway.
The developments’ completion dates are phased throughout 2018 and 2019.
