6. Wellbeing – The introduction of sick pay, wellbeing Wednesday, assistance with health and mental health, and a supportive network of people is how Bryson looks after the wellbeing of all. Further projects are planned for 2023.

9. Strategy – We’re not hoping for the best and expecting it to come, our dedicated Heads of Departments help define our initial strategies and plan how to achieve our goals. All staff are included and encouraged to submit ideas and suggestions to drive the strategy forward.
10. Communication – By introducing a cadence of meetings and catch ups, team and department video updates, all-company huddles and open book management, we’re leading the way with open communication. There is always room for improvement and further communication projects are in store for 2023, such as company intranet.
