Every idea is logged in our RICE scoring system, which assesses Reach, Impact, Effort and Confidence. This keeps the process clear and objective. Once logged, each idea is assigned an owner and progresses through distinct phase gates:

How We Bring You Into The Process
In 2025, we launched our first ever External Innovation Networking Committee. This initiative opens the door for customers to collaborate with us in a more formal way.
